Open Call

There is no distinction between lawyer, as in private lawyer, legal counsel, solicitor, so on, and Officer of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Singapore. So yes, Timothy Ang and Wilson Zhu at Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP are Officers of the Supreme Court. And so is Assistant Registrar Kenneth Wang Ye. And so, for that matter, is Assistant Registrar Eunice Chan Swee En. And believe it or not, in one way or another, so is Senior Magistrate, Ma'am, Lee-Khoo Poh Choo. The list goes on.

In the present, no distinction is also needed.

If you have access to eLitigation, let's talk. In the matter of HC/S 413/2021, I believe all that is needed is Summons U O 19, Form 79A, and Memorandum of Service. In the matter of SCT 16848/2021 (pages 16 and 17 of Whoring the Rules) I will not spell out the mundane implications.

In any case and matter, in any time dimension which Timothy Ang and Wilson Zhu may and may even not conceive of, please let me know if you'd like to get know. Action.

My letter sent to the Parliament of Singapore is here, sent 23 April 2021. Now that I have dealt with your Officers of the Supreme Court (see above for a definition by omission of distinction), I think I might clarify and summarize thus:

But you don't care, do you?

Heading 1

The email I (finally) got from the incredibly talented Investigating Officer of the Singapore Police Force, Bee Yan KANG is here.

I got through to Commercial Affairs Department once. The gist of what the officer on the line told me is she's not interested and I shouldn't call again.

Chatting with an officer after I'd made a report at the station, the one in Killiney Rd. I asked him to please remind me of the Singapore Police Force values, he told them to me. I asked him to please tell me what those values meant to him, what he thought they were supposed to mean. He told me, and I would agree whole heartedly with every single one. I asked him: 'Where did I go wrong?'. He did not tell me.

Email me if you like.
