Floppy Muff in the Buffalo Stuff

df4yUYkV.jpg

Shruti Suresh is a bitch who had worked as a lab technician with Rupshi Mitra while I was there. Thoush one must assume she was shared with another bitch and Rupshi's 'hidden hubby', Ajai Vyas of the multi-colored shirts and multi-testicular brain.

Here is what she looks like in reality:

R3j2eoiJ.png

She claims on Linkedin page to have attained a Master's degree at Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo in 2023. She also claims to be at present a 'Senior Research Associate' at something called Altos.

Well and good, her 'thesis' can be found at:

http://hdl.handle.net/10477/89080

and has the title:

''...Developing a Pre-Clinical Animal Model for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy...''

It must be mentioned first that Shruti Suresh's so-called thesis is a badly transcribed and fantastically inept (total nonsense) copy of an earlier thesis (2020) by one Gabriella King titled "...Evaluating the Neuropathology of a Rat Model of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy..." and which can be found here:

http://hdl.handle.net/10477/86934

In the abstract, Shruti Suresh the blossom of Singapore-style obfuscation writes:

"...we developed a new model in which we non-specifically overexpressed tau in the PPT of the rats’ brain..."

This is a big doozy because there is nothing new whatsoever about the 'model' Shruti Suresh, the anus of Singapore-themed forgery, claimed to have used. Her 'methods' are on page 11 and make no sense whatsoever, so one must assume she more or less used something along the lines of what her supervisor has been recycling more or less for the past fifteen years or so. The queer thing is - Shruti Suresh also claims to have done the same bullshit-type experiments, to the dot, Mitra and Vyas do. But in this case such 'primitive' tests have no meaning, uh... whatsoever, because her supvisor had already 'done' more advanced and relevant tests.

The fastest way to ascertin this, to the best of my knowledge, is to goo through this paper:

Priyanka, Qamar SH, Visanji NP. Toward an animal model of Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. Front Neurosci. 2024 Oct 3;18:1433465. doi: 10.3389/fnins.2024.1433465. PMID: 39420986; PMCID: PMC11484047.

...and search for Stewart Clark with or without a D..

Shruti Suresh, in her thesis pages 11 and 12, tells us rather candidly that:

"...Coordinates for surgeries were (written as AP, ML, DV relative to bregma, in mm) (+1.9, ±1.4, -7.6), (+1.4, ±2.0, -7.3), (+1.1, ±1.8, -6.5), (+0.8, ±1.7, -6.5) and (+0.2, ±1.7, -6.3), relative to IAL for PPT injections, according to the Rat Brain Atlas by Paxinos and Watson (2005). A 5μl syringe (Hamilton Company, Reno, NV, USA) was inserted through precisely drilled holes and adjusted to the correct depth. Once in place, 1μl of AAV8-GFP-Tau (as tau group) or AAV8- GFP-FusR (as control group) was injected (0.3ul/min) and kept in place for 5 min to allow diffusion..."

Wow. Coordinates relative to two points. Somehow relative to bregma. And relative to IAL which I somehow fail to remember ever seeing in Paxinos and Watson, any edition.

Wow wow (!). She basically injected that brain with, relative to brain mind you... well .... litres of .... uh stuff (!). Was there any brain left?

Needless to say the statistics are hopelessly forged a-la-Mitra & Vyas.

Shruti Suresh's 'histology' findings, or some funny colored square thingies, are on pages 28 and 29. Those must be a joke.

What is, perhaps, not as funny is that on page iv, Shruti Suresh:

"...I would also like to thank Dr. Spernyak for teaching me how to run the MRI. Thank you, Steve, for helping me troubleshoot the MRI..."

There is not any. The 'MRI findings' mentioned (on page 4 under the Introduction) are from different people, in different space, and different time.

Only a cunt well-versed in Singapore-style fabrication, specifically Mitra & Vyas style, could produce such trash.

Which begs the question, of course, of where her supervisor was relative to all that hogwash. We find that Stewart Clark, with or without a D., did something at University of California, Irvine. Goodness he even got some mentoring award which made him so proud he's popping out of his shirt. And why not, some students would just love to be in cahoots with such a slime-ball.

We find Clark's thesis to be behind a paywall:

https://uci.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/permalink/01CDL_IRV_INST/u4evf/cdi_proquest_journals_305347673

And boasts the title:

"...Urotensin II: Characterization of a novel neuropeptide..."

...which is bullshit because see:

What a cunt you are Stewart Clark with or without a D..

So let us have a look-see at the head of the department said cunts operate(d). We find it is one Michael Malkowski most often with a G. though in the webpage linked he was without. We understand he is 'interim' and that someone or other is 'very pleased to welcome and exchange blow-jobs' so on the Michael in question, smacking the G.

We understand that the MGM, not the studio but close, attained his doctorate from Wayne State University in 1997.

But there is not any. Michael G. Malkowski, interim chair at the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology, University of Buffalo, and or Professor and Chair, Department of Structural Biology, Jacobs School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, University at Buffalo, the State University of New York .... is a fraud.

There you have it. Cunt to cunt to cunt.

Let us have a look at the establishment willing to hire the services of Shruti Suresh's, odiferous orifice of Singaporean plush, Altos. We note that the towel of Singaporean hoochy-kootchy post-pleasure is not mentioned on Altos webpages.

Alto lubes appears to be working to ... uh ... turn back time or something. For humans. Of course.

But one only finds a paper in cultures:

Kazutoshi Takahashi and Shinya Yamanaka (2006) Induction of Pluripotent Stem Cells from Mouse Embryonic and Adult Fibroblast Cultures by Defined Factors. Cell 126,4:663 - 676.

and another in mice:

Alejandro Ocampo, Pradeep Reddy, Paloma Martinez-Redondo, Aida Platero-Luengo, Fumiyuki Hatanaka, Tomoaki Hishida, Mo Li, David Lam, Masakazu Kurita, Ergin Beyret, Toshikazu Araoka, Eric Vazquez-Ferrer, David Donoso, Jose Luis Roman, Jinna Xu, Concepcion Rodriguez Esteban, Gabriel Nuñez, Estrella Nuñez Delicado, Josep M. Campistol, Isabel Guillen, Pedro Guillen, and Juan Carlos Izpisua Belmonte (2016) In Vivo Amelioration of Age-Associated Hallmarks by Partial Reprogramming. Cell 167,7:p1719-1733.e12.

What a truckload of cunts. No wonder they were happy to hire Shruti Suresh, the fraudulent parted-parting-to-be-generally-parted durian of Singapore.

Wait! If we go to MGM's Google Scholar page we find....

Well, funnily enough an article claiming to have been published in 1925. But that review was published in 2025. Perfectly understandable error, naturally.

An article from 1995 by Bode and Stubbs. In German. I shit you not.

No less than two (2) other documents articles whatever apparently completely unrelated to MGM in any way.

And....Michael Gerard Malkowski''s Proquest link to a thesis. Which is not found elsewhere, notably Wayne University repository, nor anywhere else for that matter.

By then, of course, confidence in MGM's claims, interim chair blah blah buffalo were somewhat...stampeded upon.
